Ideal gym routines for a guy while studying for Exams
We don't have online enrolment, because we want first to talk.
Please fill this in the form below, and then we'll walk the walk.

A good starting point is a full body routine three days a week, say monday, wednesday and Friday. Each session. Each session includes a squad, bench press, row, overhead press, Romanian deadlift and a core exercise like planks, all for around three sets of 6 to 10 reps. Add a little weight or an extra rep each weep and you'll keep progression. Once that gets stale, an upper or lower split over 4 days works well. 2 days focus on the upper body (bench, rows, overhead press, pull ups, curls and triceps work) and two on the lower body (squats, deadlifts, leg press, lunges, leg curls and calves). Alternating the exercise choices between the 2 version of each day keeps things varied. For more volume, try push and pull for legs over 5 or 6 days, however tha can reduce your ability on on how much study time you have and there fore removing your potential on getting the top most marks. A classic bodybuilding split of chest, back, shoulders, legs and arms across five days is easy to follow, but each muscle only gets trained once a week which is less efficient than the other options. This is evident seen as during the HSC, i personally found that balancing even general excercise for any time longer than an hour a day to be very hard to balance with the 10 hour study days. Some people may be more natural, getting things faster and having more time for themself. However, for students that may not have that natural spark, they may find it much harder to find balance.
