We don't have online enrolment, because we want first to talk.
Please fill this in the form below, and then we'll walk the walk.

As the HSC approaches, stress can feel like it is building up. With exams, assessments, study and the pressure to perform well simultaneously, it can be difficult to manage everything. However, developing effective habits can make this time more manageable and help reduce unnecessary stress.
One of the most effective strategies is to create a realistic study schedule. By breaking down subjects and topics into smaller tasks, you can prevent the workload from becoming overwhelming. Setting specific goals for each study session, it makes it easier to track progress and avoid leaving everything to the last minute (which adds extra stress!). It is important to prioritise tasks based on upcoming deadlines and areas that require the most attention.
Breaking down your tasks helps you figure out what may need more attention in your study. That way, you can allocate your time more effectively based on your learning needs.
Taking regular breaks is equally important! Studying continuously for hours can lead to exhaustion and make it harder to concentrate (brain fog!). Short breaks provide an opportunity to reset before returning to studying and can make study sessions more productive.
Maintaining healthy routines can also have a positive impact on your stress levels. Getting enough sleep, eating regular meals and staying physically active can improve concentration, energy and overall wellbeing. It is very crucial to take care of yourself during such an intensive time. Although staying up late to study may seem productive, being well-rested can make it easier to retain information and focus.
Additionally, talking to others can help manage the pressure of HSC. Friends, family and teachers can provide support, advice and reassurance when things become overwhelming. Asking for help is compltely normal and students do not have to manage the pressure alone.
The HSC is an important part of Year 12, but it is only one part of your future. Staying organised, maintaining healthy habits and prioritising wellbeing can make the lead-up to the exams more manageable, good luck!
