To memorise information as quickly as possible, you must shift from passive reading to high engagement learning strategies that force your brain to actively process data. the single most effective technique is active recall, which involves testing yourself repeatedly without looking at your notes, forcing your mind to retrieve facts and strengthening neural pathways far better than simply re reading text. Combining active recall with spaced repetition, spreading your study sessions over intervals like twenty four hours, three days, and a week prevents memory decay and embeds facts into long term retention rather than temporary short term storage.
To deepen understanding, apply the Feynman technique by explaining complex ideas aloud in simple terms as if teaching a complete beginner, immediately revealing any gaps in acronyms or the Mind Palace method, where you link specific concepts to familiar physical locations in your home, allowing you to mentally navigate through a space to easily retrieve stored facts during exams. I personally also used to like act as if i was teaching a stuff animal in my room or something like an object, or i would just say it to myself in the mirror. I personally found also fluctuating between accents and changing my tone, as well as like the speed of saying it would help me remember things. However that acts as a personal preference as I tend to enjoy doing different accents, which someone else may not as much. So the options do change from person to person, but as long as its repetition over a longer period of time, it should work well.
